- Agreement
By purchasing the Utopia WordPress theme from utopiatheme.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
- Product and Pricing
The Utopia theme is offered in two plans. The Personal License is a one-time payment of USD79 and allows you to use the theme on websites you personally own.
The Developer/Agency License is an annual fee of USD149 and allows you to use the theme on client sites, remove or customize the theme credit, and receive priority support. All prices are in US dollars.Currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method.
- License Types
Personal License (PER-): With this license, you may use the theme on unlimited websites you personally own, access all theme features, and receive theme updates and standard support. You may not use the theme on client or third-party websites,, resell, or redistribute the theme or its source code.
Developer / Agency License (DEV-): This license includes everything in the Personal License plus the right to use the theme on unlimited client websites, remove or customize the theme credit, and customize and re-brand the theme for clients. You may not resell or redistribute the theme files, or use one license across multiple client projects at the same time.
- Payment and Delivery
Payment is processed securely through Airwallex. We do not store your full card details. Upon successful payment, your license key will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate. If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours, please contact us.
- Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the theme does not function as described. Refunds are not available if you have activated the license or used the theme on a live site. To request a refund, contact us with your order details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Intellectual Property
The theme, including all code, design, and documentation, remains the property of the licensor. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the theme in accordance with your plan. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the theme for distribution.
- Support
Personal License holders receive standard support via email or support forum. Response times may vary. Developer / Agency License holders receive priority support, and we aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Support covers installation, configuration, and usage of the theme. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins, or hosting issues.
- Updates
Theme updates are provided during your license term. Personal License holders receive lifetime updates for the version purchased. Developer / Agency License holders receive updates for the annual period; renewal is required for continued updates.
- Limitation of Liability
The theme is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the theme. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the theme.
- Termination
If you breach these terms, we may terminate your license without refund. Upon termination, you must cease using the theme and remove it from all websites.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the theme after changes constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
