The ever-evolving WordPress theme

Utopia is a WordPress theme that constantly evolves, fulfilling every desire that users have.

Multiple Forms, Built-In Spam Protection: What Utopia’s Contact Form Feature Can Do

Most WordPress sites reach for Contact Form 7 or WPForms the moment they need a contact form.
Utopia builds that capability into the theme itself.
From the “Contact Form” settings screen, you can create multiple forms and drop them anywhere with a shortcode — no extra plugin required.

Create as many forms as you need

Out of the box, Utopia ships with two forms already set up — an English version and a Japanese version — and you can add more from the “Add New Form” button.
Each form gets its own ID, and you call it with a shortcode like

[utopia_contact_form id="default"]

You can even override the heading per placement with

[utopia_contact_form id="default" title="Contact Us"]

That makes it easy to run separate forms for general inquiries, quote requests, or job applications across a single site.

Spam protection comes built in

The Contact Form settings page includes native Google reCAPTCHA v3 integration.
Grab a site key and secret key from Google’s reCAPTCHA console, paste them in, and spam filtering is live.
You can also tune the score threshold from 0.0 to 1.0 — lower values enforce stricter filtering — with 0.5 as the default.

Built for reliable delivery, too

If contact form emails aren’t landing in your inbox, Utopia’s settings page points you toward the WP Mail SMTP plugin.
The form itself is fully self-contained, but when you need more reliable delivery, routing outgoing mail through SMTP is the recommended fix.

Where this fits

This setup is useful for corporate sites that need separate inquiry channels, multilingual sites that want a distinct form per language, or sites that need dedicated forms for recruiting or resource requests.

For more advanced needs — conditional logic, file uploads, payment integration — a dedicated plugin like WPForms may still be the better fit. It’s worth testing whether the built-in feature covers your use case first.

See it for yourself

The Contact Form settings screen lists every form currently in use along with its shortcode.
For the full picture of what’s included, the Features page covers the contact form feature alongside Utopia’s other built-in tools.
